Refund policy

At Axearc, we take pride in the quality and performance of every product we offer. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help clearly, fairly, and in full compliance with Irish and EU consumer law.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and inserts
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Note: Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted for return unless deemed faulty.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Used shuttlecocks, opened grip tapes, or apparel worn during sport
  • Customised products or club-branded items
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@axearc.co within 28 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or sent in error
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service for your protection, as we cannot refund items lost in transit
  • If the return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, in line with your statutory rights

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please complete a return and place a new order.

8. EU & Irish Consumer Rights

This policy is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
