Product Performance

Carbonsonic uses synthetic feathers with a carbon stem to prioritize speed. Axearc Nova Series uses real A-grade goose/duck feathers and a precision nylon base to deliver a more natural flight, better touch, and no rattle — ideal for club play and competitive training.
No. Axearc Nova 300 and Nova 500 are engineered to match the standard 5g weight of feather shuttles. They are carefully balanced to feel light, responsive, and stable in flight, without the extra weight or rattle often reported in other hybrid.
Not at all. Our nylon base is custom-molded to ensure firm feather lock-in and zero rattle, even after extended use.
Axearc hybrids offer 90% of the feather feel with significantly higher durability. They’re perfect for club training, casual matches, and situations where longevity matters.

Materials & Build Quality

We use real A-grade goose/duck feathers, selected for flight stability and durability. Unlike some hybrids that use synthetic feathers, our focus is on natural performance.
Axearc hybrids (Nova 300 and Nova 500) are made with real feathers + nylon base, not synthetic alternatives. This gives players a feel much closer to traditional feather shuttles.
It improves the durability and impact resistance of the shuttle without compromising flight quality. Our design avoids the brittle cracking or warping seen in cheaper hybrids.
All our shuttles are regulated at 5.0 grams, the standard for feather tournament play.
